Overview: We are seeking an experienced security operations and hospitality specialist with a background in global travel.  The successful applicant will excel in meticulous planning, attention to detail, and possess a deep understanding of various cultures and travel destinations. The ideal candidate seeks new challenges, remains unflappable, and stands steadfast in their unwavering commitment to meeting deadlines. The candidate is willing to go above and beyond to meet the needs and expectations of our discerning clientele. This individual will be responsible for coordinating and executing travel experiences, ensuring that every detail is perfectly orchestrated from start to finish, monitoring travelers and providing guidance during emergency situations.

Essential Job Function and Responsibilities:

  • Itinerary Planning: Create meticulously detailed travel itineraries, including accommodation, transportation, dining, activities, and special arrangements. Tailor itineraries to meet the unique preferences and desires of our clients.
  • Travel Monitoring: Provide real time monitoring of global travelers to ensure safety, assess security risks, and provide guidance during emergency situations.
  • Vendor Coordination: Collaborate with a network of luxury hotels, airlines, tour operators, and local service providers to secure the best accommodations, transportation, and experiences. Negotiate contracts and manage vendor relationships.
  • Cultural Expertise: Demonstrate in-depth knowledge of global travel destinations and cultures. Understand the cultural nuances, traditions, and expectations of each destination to provide a seamless and enriching experience for clients.
  • Personalization: Work closely with clients to understand their individual needs, preferences, and special requests. Customize each travel experience to ensure it exceeds their expectations.
  • Budget Management: Develop and manage travel budgets, ensuring that expenses align with clients' financial expectations. As necessary seek cost-effective solutions without compromising on quality.
  • Problem Solving: Be prepared to handle unexpected challenges that may arise during travel and quickly find creative solutions to ensure a smooth and enjoyable experience for clients.
  • Quality Assurance: Maintain a high level of service quality and ensure that every aspect of the travel experience meets or exceeds the luxury standard.
  • 24/7 Availability: Be available to clients during their travels to address any concerns or emergencies, regardless of time zones.
  • Stay Informed: Keep up to date with the latest luxury travel trends, destinations, and experiences to offer clients the most current and exciting options.
  • Client Relationships: Build strong, long-lasting relationships with clients, ensuring their loyalty and trust in your expertise.

Qualifications:

  • Previous experience in global travel security is preferred.
  • Exceptional organizational skills and meticulous attention to detail.
  • Ability to rapidly master new technological platforms, systems, and tools.
  • Extensive knowledge of global travel destinations and cultures.
  • Exceptional problem-solving abilities and adaptability.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • A willingness to work irregular hours and provide 24/7 client support when necessary.
  • A passion for travel and a commitment to delivering unforgettable experiences.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Bachelor’s Degree
