Position: Security Sales Account Executive
Location: San Francisco Bay, California
Travel: Inside and outside of the San Fransisco Bay Area, both in office and client locations; individuals should expect to travel.

Essential Job Functions & Responsibilities:
- Initiate contact with prospects via cold calling and assigned accounts/territory.
- Foster relationships with both partners and clients alike.
- Conduct onsite or online presentations to prospects that showcase the services and products of the company.
- Work with Management and Sales Engineering team to develop proposals, quotes and respond to public solicitations.
- Effectively communicate features and benefits of solutions and manage prospect expectations.
- Manage the complexity of proposals, contracts, and service agreements.
- Maintain in-depth product knowledge of the service offerings of the company.
- Perform sales procedures through activities and opportunities in CRM and remain compliant with defined policies and procedures.
- Continuously develop in-depth knowledge of the security integration catalog and how it best relates to changing customers’ needs.
- Document internal processes and procedures related to duties and responsibilities.
Misc other tasks and expectations include:
- The ability to work in a dynamic team environment with expanding customer base.
- Excellent time management, multi-tasking and prioritization skills
- Ability to eliminate sales obstacles through creative and adaptive approaches.
- Ability to complete assigned tasks with minimal supervision.
- Ability to manage deadlines and have excellent follow-up skills in order to drive tasks to completion.
- Must be professional and polished in appearance and be comfortable speaking to small groups of managers and technical and/or facility personnel.
Qualifications & Requirements
- High school diploma required; college degree preferred.
- 2+ Years successful RFP experience, specifically in public works.
- Experience with prevailing wage requirements, compliance, RFP response, Design Build, and Security Installation including access control and door hardware.
- 5+ Years selling in a B2B Environment, preferably to IT Leaders, Facilities Leaders, Government, Schools, and/ or Construction.
- Knowledge of the construction industry and deep familiarity with security integration technology.
- Experience selling low voltage systems, preferably security systems but experience in phone systems, IT managed services, A/V, or other Network/ IP based systems will be considered.
- Competitive but team-oriented salesperson with a proven track record of top performance
