Position: Outside Sales Representative

In this role, you’ll be instrumental in driving our growth, engaging with potential commercial clients and high-net-worth individuals. This position benefits from our extensive training in sales methodology, consultative selling, prospecting, and proposal writing, enabling you to excel in your role and exceed sales targets.

Location: Los Angeles, California
Travel Requirement: Regular regional travel is necessary for client engagement and prospecting.

Compensation and Benefits:

Essential Job Functions and Responsibilities:

  • Make telephone calls and in-person visits to existing and prospective customers to establish, develop, and maintain business relationships.
  • Generate new business for the organization's products and services in the assigned territory through a relationship-based approach.
  • Promote, sell, and secure orders from existing and prospective customers by understanding and meeting their needs.
  • Research prospective customers to determine their potential and tailor strategies accordingly.
  • Demonstrate products and services to existing/potential customers and assist them in selecting those best suited to their needs.
  • Create and implement an effective sales strategy to meet and exceed sales targets.
  • Document all leads, sales, and customer interactions in the customer relationship management (CRM) program.
  • Analyze the territory/market's potential and determine the value of existing and prospective customers to the organization.
  • Expedite the resolution of customer problems and complaints to maintain a high level of customer satisfaction.
  • Employ best practices in negotiation and sales techniques to close sales effectively.

Qualifications:

  • High school diploma/GED required; Bachelor’s degree preferred.
  • Previous experience in meeting sales goals, with excellent skills in closing, negotiating, and customer service.
  • Exceptional customer service skills and the ability to build rapport with clients.
  • Clean driving record required.
  • Positive attitude and ability to be persistent.
  • Previous experience in inside sales is preferred, showcasing an ability to effectively engage and convert prospects.
  • The successful candidate will exhibit confidence, persistence and determination, flexibility, and the ability to work well with others.
